For tighter schedules, we offer urgent delivery within 12–24 hours. This option is ideal for smaller presentations that do not require content enhancement, focusing purely on clean, professional design.

Every presentation we design is entirely custom and based on your specific instructions. We take into account your preferred style—whether it’s corporate, modern, minimalist, or fully aligned with your brand identity—as well as your target audience and the core goals of your presentation.

During the initial stages, we may ask clarifying questions about color preferences, format requirements, imagery, fonts, or any other visual guidelines you’d like us to follow. We do not use AI tools or pre-made templates, and we first deliver a draft of 2–3 sample slides for your review and approval before proceeding with the full presentation to ensure we’re aligned on the overall look and feel.

Yes, we do. In addition to design, we also offer copywriting support to help you craft clear, engaging, and well-structured content for your presentation.

There are two main ways we collaborate on content:

1. Content enhancement – You provide us with your research or draft content, and our copywriters step in to format, refine, and enhance the messaging for clarity and impact.
2. Content creation from scratch – If you prefer, our team can also develop the presentation content entirely based on your brief, goals, and target audience.

For highly specialized topics—especially those in technical or scientific fields—we do review each request to ensure we have the appropriate expertise available. In such cases, we'll confirm our ability to take on the project before proceeding.

The cost depends on the specific requirements of your project—whether it involves a full redesign, partial polishing, or creating a presentation from scratch. Turnaround time is also an important factor: the more time we have, the lower the overall cost tends to be.

Pitchmont also offer separate pricing for custom requests, such as master slides, brochures, logos, infographics, and other tailored design assets.

To provide an accurate quote, we recommend sharing the details of your request—what needs to be done, the number of slides, and any specific goals or deadlines. Based on that, we’ll evaluate and send you a personalized offer. For general reference, our pricing typically ranges from $20–$35 per slide.

As part of our process, we first deliver a draft of 2–3 sample slides to ensure the style aligns with your vision. If you'd like any adjustments or an alternative direction, we’ll make the changes promptly and resend the revised draft. We proceed with the full presentation only once the initial draft is fully approved.

After delivering the complete presentation by the agreed deadline, you’re welcome to share your feedback. We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions, as long as the changes stay within the scope of the original instructions.

If the feedback involves creating new slides or significantly altering layouts or content direction, additional charges may apply. That said, we always aim for perfection and client satisfaction, and we're committed to working closely with you to achieve the best possible result.

Absolutely. We understand that presentations often contain sensitive business information—and having worked on pitch decks, quarterly and annual reports, financial documents, and internal strategy materials across a range of industries, we know how critical discretion is at every stage of the design process on our platform.

All files and information shared with us are used solely for the purpose of completing your project. We do not share, distribute, or reference your materials with any third parties. If required, we are ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to starting work.

We deliver files in whatever format works best for you—most commonly PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote. All presentation files are fully editable and built with publicly available or client-provided fonts, so you can easily make updates or adjustments down the line without any compatibility issues.

In addition to the main file, we can include a PDF version at no extra charge. For projects where PDF is the primary deliverable—such as brochures or designed documents—we prepare the final output directly in that format.

Since most of our work is designed in Figma, we can also provide the original Figma file upon request, should you need access to the source design.

Should you have any specific file format requirements, simply let us know at the start of the project and we'll make sure everything is prepared accordingly.
